Il est donc encore plus n\u00e9cessaire de l\u2019adopter au niveau des instances de gouvernance. Par ailleurs, la diversit\u00e9 \u00e9tant devenue un levier de performance \u00e0 l\u2019instar de la croissance et de la rentabilit\u00e9, elle doit \u00eatre mesur\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019identique des indicateurs business.
